Set in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, Eynsham Hall is a Grade II listed manor house nestled in 3,000 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. The Hall retains many of its period features, complemented by refurbished reception rooms in a style that provides an elegant, contemporary twist. This fine Jacobean-style mansion has a long tradition of hospitality and today the chefs still cook dishes from locally sourced produce.

The Awards Dinner followed by an evening of networking in the bar will also take place at Eynsham Hall on the evening of Monday 10th January 2011. Transportation will also be provided to and from this hotel to the World Motorsport Symposium at Oxford Brookes University. Please also note that there is a large carpark available for all guests.

**Please note that as there are a limited number of rooms available in the main part of the house, the allocation will be on a first come, first served basis. However there are many rooms still available in the grounds of the house which are also cheaper.
